Our relaxed studio is nestled on the coast in the village of Hermanus in the suburb of Vermont, with sea views. This idyllic location offers a perfect blend of serene village life and easy access to the landscapes that surround it, including a superb ocean view. The Nautical studio accommodates up to 2 guests, featuring a double bed. The area offers whale watching, fishing, an award winning wine route, MTB trails, hiking, museums, fantastic dining experiences, a salt pan and great local shops. Fully equipped solar electricity system - so no load shedding. Sea views in a tranquil neighborhood. Close to the beach. Green belt on one side. Own entrance. Fully fenced. Viewing deck is perfect for whale, seabird or dolphin watching. The verandah is the perfect spot for sundowners. There is a large braai/bbq. Cats and dog on the property.

What a wonderful place! The room is beautiful and private, separate from the rest of the house. It's modern and very well-maintained, with a spotless bathroom and all the amenities advertised. There's a lovely little kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and an extremely comfortable bed for a relaxing and refreshing sleep. We arrived pretty late on Easter day, but Lauran was so kind to welcome us. She gave us valuable suggestions about where to eat at the last minute and Chad's restaurant ended up being the best option (meat-based menu). When we woke up, we had breakfast on the balcony (available on the other side of the house) with a breathtaking view over the ocean. It was just stunning and made our stay extremely pleasant.

Lauren and Gail welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Place was clean on arrival and ready. Really is a little gem for a peaceful weekend get away. In fact I am booking again! Beautiful views from the deck. See ya soon!

The property is surrounded by green belt on one side off a small cul-de-sac. We overlook the sea with green belt and ocean in front of the property. From the patio there is mountain views. We are close to Breakfast Bay and the nature reserve.
There are wonderful restaurants nearby including Milk and Bamboo. In Hermanus there is a huge selection including Charr’d.
It’s a very peaceful neighborhood where the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep.
In whale season you can watch the whales frolic in the ocean from the deck, enjoy a glass of wine from the awarding winning Hemel en Aarde wine route.
The Sout Pan offers abundant bird life, including flamingoes in season.
We offer one parking on the property and three just outside. All at no cost.
The roads are well maintained and generally very quiet.
A local taxi service is available for those that do not want to drive.
