This beautiful colonial bungalow was built almost a 120 years ago and has been recently been refurbished keeping in mind the old world charm while adding modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for all of our guests. The rooms are large and spacious and can comfortably accommodate 3 people in each room. All the rooms have a modern en-suite bathroom and two rooms also have a dressing area. 2 Rooms are connected to a living room while the third is an outhouse. As you enter from the main gates towards the parking you will be greeted by our cute glass rooms. The rooms are right next to the parking but well distanced by a hallway so that there is complete privacy. The villa is divided into two sections, both having their separate entrances. Guests will only have access to their section of the property. The guests will have complete private access to the living area next to their rooms, 3 bedrooms. The most beautiful part of the property is the terrace, with a 180 degree view of the valley. It is important to note that the 3rd room is a beautiful outhouse with a private entrance.

Best way to trust someone is to just trust them. Well my faith in this property reaped me great calm and happiness. The service and amenities provided were extremely nice, caretaker vikas is a very jolly and resourceful person. The art and furniture makes you feel that your in British era. The food was very good and healthy. Best is the sunset view from the open area. Prabhneil’s hospitality will surely reflect the big heart of a Punjabi.

Its a heritage bungalow with that old world charm which is particular to Kasauli. The decor, now antiquated, tells the tales of an era gone-by. There is a large patio with breathtaking views of the valley. There is a pizzeria in the property and pizza we were served can easily be called one of the best we ever had. Prabhneil is very friendly and recommended a great place for breakfast. Will surely go back.
