Beautifully renovated warm and stylish three-bedroom home. Large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Two bathrooms (one is an ensuite) and a seperate toilet. Warm and dry rooms, with a heat-transfer system. Large internal garage - plenty of storage space, including bike racks. Large deck, with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Spacious fully enclosed dog-friendly backyard. Beautiful rural outlook, close to the stadium, less than 10 minutes to the centre city and Waipa mountain biking hub.

Anna’s place is like a paradise. It is something I could back for more peaceful and quiet surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean spaces with everything you needed if you are not a very organised person. Hehe. Will definitely come back and hopefully I could still possibly book if we can get another chance

It was a beautiful house, clean, neat & tidy. Getting in was as easy as mentioned by Anna. She is extremely spontaneous in responding to your queries or anything. It was a great experience. 5 stars to Anna 😊

Friendly, safe neighbourhood. Very close to the stadium. A short drive / bike to the city centre and Waipa mountain bike hub. Close to Paradise Valley speedway and Paradise Valley springs.
Internal garage with one car park. Space for up to three additional cars within the section. Additional parking in front of the house.
