Annet was super accommodating and incredibly friendly! Loved the little bar across the street. They went out of their way to make sure we were in a smoke-free environment with my allergies. Nice view from the roof terrace. I would definitely stay here again!

Tolle Dachterrasse, Zimmer in Ordnung, netter Gastgeber. Wifi leider fast nicht vorhanden. Im Inserat steht "Kostenfreier Parkplatz" und "Frühstück inklusive". Erst beim Lesen des Gäste-Handbuchs (oder spätestens vor Ort) merkt man, dass das schlicht nicht stimmt.

habitacion bien située, petit déjeuné servi sur la terrasse avec une vue sur la cathédrale accès au centre ville à pied rapide. Arnulfo est à l'écoute et de bons conseils

Main reason why I chose this property was because of the terrace. It was everything I expected and more. Power is turned off by the goverment for almost 6 hours.. that's where the terrace comes in handy, lots of wind. Comfortable Hammocks (2) Like the picture: Table & Chairs available.. "would've been" ideal for entertaining a Small group of friends. Check in was easy as usual. Location of the property, great for me as it was close to Enramada street which has Many stores, pubs like "La Bodegita del Medio" restaurants and street vendors. ,Plaza de Marte also Casa Granda and Parque Céspedes. China is the Sweet lady that is available to prepare your breakfast ($5 USD pay the owner) she can also wash your clothes & iron them (Please tip her GOOD) Be Prepared to walk up MANY MANY STEPS. Wasn't an issue for me just stating the facts. Full Size bed was comfortable Twin Very Hard but doable. Neighborhood was decent & safe.
