Overall it’s a great apartment if you have a huge family (6-8 people) , can fit comfortably plus enough toilets for everyone. And the price is worth it for a huge family. There is 2 free parking space for this unit as well. View is okay too, high level but no sea view. There are 2 tvs in the apartment. One of the tv is a philips smart tv but there are no channels and not working well(Netflix unable to use) , the other tv is a xiaomi tv, smaller but able to use for netflix and youtube. There is purified water from tap in the apartment so no need to keep cooking water. Bed is too soft for my liking and it rained the night we were there, the wind was so strong that we can hear the wind noises whole night. Amenities in the building are not well maintained but the view from swimming pool is nice. The building have a mall but only a cinema, 7-11, korean food shop is operating, the rest of the mall is closed down.

Nice clean place. location is very good. you can even walk to the cinema. Jayden is vert nice and responds vert quickly. A very enjoyable stay.

The room very clean. The kitchen utensils clean and complete. The apartment is very comfortable. The only problem is thr lift very slow. out of 5 lifts 3 is out of service.
