This pet-friendly home offers three bedrooms and two full baths for a great place to lay your head after a fun day on the lake or exploring the area. There is plenty of space to park your vehicle and water toys. We are located within a rural subdivision that overlooks the main channel of Lake Barkley. Five-minute drive to Prizer Point Marina or other local boat ramps. Enjoy peaceful sunsets from the front porch or patio deck

The house was in a great location. Could walk to the lake. The house was very clean and spacious. The only amenity the house didn’t have was a dishwasher. We didn’t care bc we don’t use our dishwasher at home. We asked for an early check in and Dawn was very accommodating even though we didn’t use it bc we were running later than we thought due to road construction. Dawn and Scott were very quick to respond to any of our questions.

Dawn's home was perfect! We were staying here for work only so we did not get to experience what her house and all the surroundings had to offer but we had a great place to relax at the end of the day. There was not anything we didn't have that we needed and we felt right at home
A lovely and comfortable home in a peaceful & quiet neighborhood by the lake, I would stay here again.
Everything about our stay met all expectations. Will be going back for sure.
