Robert’s property at Shem Creek was an absolute delight to stay in. It was beyond homey, so much so that I never wanted to leave! In my short time here I was able to see pelicans, a bald eagle and even an owl!! In addition, Robert was incredibly communicative and helpful with my stay. I would love to plan another visit in the future.

Robert is accommodating, flexible, kind & super responsive. The condo is very comfortable, especially the living room. I have absolutely loved it & was sad to leave. The crabbing dock & coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the marsh is amazing. The pool is private in the ams. If you have Xfinity & are working virtually, WIFI is available. There are tables with umbrellas in addition to pool chairs. Charleston, Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms are all less than a 15 minute drive - beach in the morning, Charleston in the afternoon, Shem Creek in the evening. For small adventures; I kayaking with Coastal Expeditions, a visit to Drayton Hall, Magnolia Plantation & Middleton Place as well as the Nathaniel Russell House, Aiken-Rhett House, Dork out with the Director Graham Long, Old Slave Mart when Christine Mitchell is there & Charleston Museum The Post House (an experience), Vintage Coffee, Mustard Seed and Five Loaves were fantastic recommendations by Robert.

Great condo, beautiful decor and wonderful view of Shem Creek. Clean and cozy. Robert was very responsive and is a gracious host.

My family stayed here for a month while waiting for our new house to be finished in Mount Pleasant. It was truly delightful. The back porch looks right out on Shem Creek. We loved watching all the birds, and there was always a cool breeze off the water. There's a dock only a few feet away, and we would watch sunrise and sunset there frequently. It was very peaceful. The condo itself was wonderful. The decor is cool and it has all the amenities with a great kitchen and den. It's very conveniently located near everything—Sullivan's Island and IOP beaches, downtown, great restaurants, and stores. We didn't want to leave—and we were heading to our brand new home! Lol. We've stayed in a lot of Air BnBs over the years, and Robert is truly a SUPER host—like amazing! He really cares about the place and the people who stay in it. If you're looking to have a great time in Charleston, we highly recommend this wonderful spot. You won't be disappointed.
