The house was clean and spacious. Had everything you needed. Restaurants, beach, and stores were close to where you could walk. Very quick to respond. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Jason's place was absolutely fantastic. he responds quickly to questions and really cares about his clients. the home was immaculate and the location to the beach was perfect. thank you, Jason!!!

Jason was a great host and the house considerably exceeded our expectations! The house is brand new, and is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two families of 4, especially with 4 full bathrooms!! The balcony overlooks the pool, which is right out the front door. A FABULOUS non-public Gulf beach is just across the street (access comes with the rental). We have 3 kids under 10, and this was a pretty perfect set up. Jason was extremely responsive as a host, and was on site 20 minutes after we reported a minor HVAC issue. He also gave great advice on places to go and things to do in Gulf Shores. I'll end with my personal favorite amenity, which I don't think the listing highlights at all: there is a commercial grade, under-counter ice machine. I had ice cold beer in a cooler on the deck all week, we never had to buy ice for the beach, or the trip home. We had a great time, and will absolutely be staying here again next time we're in Gulf Shores.

This was perfect! We last minute changed our plans, and this was a great find! Jason was super helpful with lots of personal recommendations and checking in through our stay to ensure we were well taken care of. The beach items were perfect, and so helpful to not have to pack our items into an already full car! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Jason was welcoming, and helpful with everything. If you’re staying in Gulf Shores, this is the place you should stay!
