We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious, perfectly accommodating our large family with sufficient beds for everyone. It was also convenient to have towels provided and a washing machine available on the fourth level, along with a drying rack. We did notice that the water heaters in some bathrooms were not functioning, which could be looked into for future guests. Additionally, the water pressure was a bit lower on the higher levels but it was still manageable. Overall, our experience was very positive, and these points are just small suggestions for improvement.

The place is really modern as per photos and we enjoyed our stay of 2 nights over there. Location wise, its 15-20mins drive away from Queensbay Mall or Penang International airport, which is great for people who loves shopping and/or needed to get to the airport amongst the road traffic in Penang. The amenities was as shown in the photos and there were toilet available in all of the bedrooms except for ground floor. There are total 4 storey-high, and I will recommend people who has existing knee or leg issues to re-consider this place as climbing.the stairs will be a toll. Washing mashine is at the top floor and there is a balcony attached for you to dry your laundry. However, the water pressure for showering is a demerit point. It is simply too small, and we had to take a long time to shower. Luckily, host was responsive to enquiries and all is good overall.

Host could improve in respond. Message on the 1st day evening but no respond with regards to the key issue. The only fast respond was during the checkout. For privacy part, there was a camara in the living room which my family felt insecure. If only the camara could have been removed.
