Very clean, guard treated us nicely. Also the host was very responsive and respectful. Most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed in.
Mary Ann’s place is definitely worth the price. There’s a slight hiccup on check-in but it’s more of the condo’s rules. Mary Ann is very responsive to all my queries. A few points to consider, it would be perfect if a microwave is available, and an electric water heater, cuz we accidentally overheated the water heater :( Also we weren’t able to use Netflix due to the TV is not part of the account’s household. Nonetheless, the place is really top notch. Walking distance to Alabang Town Center. 711 and a laundromat are available at the bottom of the condo which is very convenient for quick needs. I’ll definitely recommend it to my family and friends and will surely book again.
