Great place and exactly as described. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The location is also in a very safe area with immediate access to the Paris metro. Major sights were all within walking distance. Apartment was clean and modern.

Apartment is in a fabulous location. Lots of restaurants, shops right outside the door. There is a fantastic bakery right down stairs for your morning coffee. If you like walking in the city, all the sites are walkable within 45 minutes and the walks are beautiful. Several metro stops are within 5 mins. Don’t miss the escalator ride to the top of the Centre Pompidou (5 min walk). It has a stunning view and is free! The apartment itself was as advertised. Spotlessly clean and very newly renovated. We didn’t cook or eat in, but seemed to have all you would need to do so. Both beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and shower had more space than many in European city apartments. The co-host was very responsive, offering suggestions for restaurants and checking in on us when there was a power outage in the area (it didn’t affect us!). Check in/out was very smooth, even though we arrived much later than anticipated due to a flight delay. We highly recommend this apartment

We were there on a work and a holiday trip with my wife for a few days, and enjoyed our stay! Apartment was located in the city center of Paris (Marais neighborhood), within walking distance of lots of restaurants and spots to visit. Great plus, the apartment was fully refurbished a couple weeks back and the furnitures were all brand new. Air conditioning was very much appreciated, we learned that very few places have AC in Paris! The owners of the property were very welcoming and helpful upon arrival and throughout the trip, and gave us of lots of local tips.
