The area is strategically positioned between I-440 to the south and Capital Boulevard to the east. Neighborhood Charm: Our neighborhood exudes warmth and community spirit. With established homes, tree-lined streets, and friendly neighbors, it’s a place where you’ll feel right at home. Lots of local restaurants, groceries, and shops around the area! Proximity to Downtown: Our home is just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Raleigh. Other exciting landmarks to name a few: 10 to 15-minute drive away from some exciting areas. North Hills, a bustling upscale hub, offers a delightful mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment. If you’re a shopping enthusiast, you’ll appreciate the Crabtree Valley Mall, the largest enclosed mall in the Research Triangle area and if you are into local feels, we have Raleigh Market (flea market) and State Farm's Market. There's two rooms adjacent to each other one is your assigned room ( currently, the other room is not for lease yet, however if you need extra accommodation we would be glad to arrange that with you for an extra fee).
