An entire apartment to yourself situated on one of the main arteries of Dunedins heart making it easy to access many areas of Dunedin without the chaotic city traffic. Close to the beach and supermarkets and a bus stop across the road leaving for town every 30 min. This is usually my home but you will get professional service from a former housekeeper. Separate linen, bedding, cups, cleaning schedules as well as anything in the kitchen for use. Milk, cereal, coffee and spreads always. Welcome to this Modern acutely presented apartment with all amenities of a kiwi home. Renovated with a hint of the old retro style snd honest bones. This is usually my home so you will have access to anything you need including pantry items. I treat this place like a business with guests and you can be ensured all food safety, cleaning, stock, and bedding is dealt with like any other hospitality or accomodation place I have worked at, which has been many. The two bedrooms are the same size capturing morning and afternoon sun with linen, bedding and some kitchen items exclusively for guests and brand new. Both Beds have electric blankets. Room 1 has a queen bed with a 40 inch tv and many streaming services to choose from, and a space to hang clothes. Room 2 has a king single bed, extra blankets and baby blankets as well as space to hang clothing. This room is also catered to children with toys to enjoy. The shower is also very high pressure with hair dryers straighteners, shampoo and conditioner etc to use. The apartment is surrounded by 3 other apartments and away from the road, and a patio is sunny all day. The living room TV also boasts 50 inches and also has access to a range of streaming services. Plenty of parking, on the road or a private park to the left of the building. Washing machine with laundry soap availabe. My 3.5 year old lives here so is child friendly, however the stairs are a weird design which may be worrisome for parents, please see photos and while I welcome children and use of toys I have not child 'proofed' the home.
