The interior design features a soothing palette of pale whites and yellows, complemented by natural, organic materials such as raw wood, stone, and clay, creating a serene and harmonious environment. Our aim is to provide a peaceful retreat where guests can unwind and relax. Despite their compact size, the kitchens are fully equipped with essentials like dishes, bowls, spoons, forks, a microwave, and an electric kettle, perfect for preparing light meals or warming up food (note: there is no stove for cooking). Sleep comes easily in our cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen-sized bed and a thick mattress, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring Hoi An's enchanting streets. Every bedroom features its own balcony, offering picturesque views of the tranquil Thu Bon River. It's an idyllic spot for reading, sipping warm tea, and watching the boats glide by—a poetic haven for soul healing and relaxation. Each apartment includes a private bathroom stocked with shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay without the burden of packing personal items. Located at the heart of Hoi An's night market, our apartment is merely 200 meters away from a culinary and cultural adventure, making it a prime spot for guests eager to immerse themselves in the local heritage and flavors of Hoi An. 차량이 통행할 수 없는 곳이라 배달 등 조금 어려움은 있었지만 한적하고 좋았음 다만 이용 내내 1층 리모델링? 중이라 아침에 너무 시끄러웠어요 리모델링 끝나고 방문하면 좋았을 것 같아요 그외에는 시설 깨끗하고 좋았습니다
This Airbnb was aesthetically pleasing, modern and felt extremely luxurious. Danh was an amazing host that actively responded to my questions and needs, and on top of that was the friendliest host I’ve ever met. Everything from instructions for check-in and check-out to emergency phone contacts and recommendations of the best local cafes and restaurants were provided in an organised booklet making this listing exceptional. The Airbnb was spotless and all amenities listed were available and I could not emphasise any further as to how beauitful it was. There was no faults with the listing itself other than the fact that my family and I weren’t notified that relatives of the homeowners had access and would be able to use the rooms on the third floor. It was just surprising to have found strangers on the property. All in all I want to thank you Danh for the astonishing service you provided!
The overall place was very nice and new with a good location very close to the night markets and a short 3-4mins walk to the hub of old town. The only negatives we experienced was inconsistent hot and cold water when showering which fluctuated significantly whilst showering. The other issue was the constant local karaoke being performed nightly next door which would wrap up around 10pm each night. Despite this the location is extremely convenient, we just wish they lost power to the karaoke machine a little sooner.
