Fantastic home. Well equipped, comfortable, spacious and good light. Great neighborhood.
The location and accomodation itself were fantastic, check in and out was very simple and the place was very clean.
I have used AirBnB for a long time and I have never had to leave a bad review but this was a terrible experience. The lockbox image provided was incorrect, the kitchen tap broke off in our hands when using it, the ensuite shower didn’t work at all, and to top it off - whilst my partner and I were laying in bed on our phones, the bed collapsed underneath us and we had to sleep the last night of our trip in the lounge room. I understand that these things happen but MadeComfy were so unresponsive that I had to spend our second to last day in Melbourne on a back and forth chat with AirBnb trying to fix the situation. MadeComfy finally replied and were not helpful at all (including sending my phone number to a handyman without telling with me). Eventually Airbnb refunded me a portion of our trip for the inconvenience then this afternoon I get a notification that MadeComfy want $44 to pay for the broken bed. This company is a scam and I do not recommend you stay with them.
The property is excellently located and great for 4 people. We couldn’t get the shower over the bath to work and their could have been a few more cooking utensils
