I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Host was extremely accommodating, responsive, and polite, as well as proactive. Our party also paid to use the heater and she was very proactive in that regard, she asked us how long into the day we'd be using it and sent out a technician to adjust the schedule. The place was very clean upon arrival and had anything you might need: laundry supplies, towels, cooking supplies. I really can't recommend a better Airbnb in the Naples area.
We immediately felt at home and well taken care of in our squeaky clean house. Everything is beautiful and heating the pool really made our stay outstanding. You can also tell they have thought about the little things - from extra towels and beach supplies, to water in the fridge and cue tips in the bathroom. We felt well taken care of and Yasmina answered all our questions promptly and was very helpful. Close to downtown Naples, the beach, and great restaurants.
