The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Hutto, TX. Only a short drive of less than 7 miles to America's largest indoor waterpark Kalahari. Shopping centers, restaurants, and other major entertainment attractions are all within the 30' driving time. The house has four spacious bedrooms all furnished with queen size bed/mattress. The mattresses are of different firmness to better accommodate different sleeping preferences. If one bed is too soft or firm, please try the others to see which one works for you. The entrance door has a smart lock and you'll be provided with a unique code to use during your stay. The house was built in early 2024 and has a contemporary/modern open concept. The neighborhood is still being built out so there will be construction crews in the area. However, there should not be a noise issue during the evening and nighttime. If you have any issue(s) with the noises from nearby constructions, please let me know and I will communicate it with the builders right away.
