Come experience one of the premiere lakes in all of Northern Michigan, Walloon Lake!!  -Dual Keurig Coffee Maker -Smart TVs -Air Conditioning in both tiny homes (2) -Boat Dock (bring your boat or rent one) -Lakeside Wood burning Fire Pit (firewood provided!) -3 Kayaks with paddles (free for guest use) -Corn hole -Weber Grill -Picnic table that seats 8 -Jones Landing Park with playground, pavilion and BEACH (1/4 mile from our home) -4 Total queen beds between the tiny homes -Family Board Games -Gas Fireplace in main cottage -Back deck covered porch with seating for 5 with views of Walloon Lake -Door code entry for both cottages -Dogs allowed (max 2) for a total fee of $200 -The water is 5-6 feet deep at the end of the boat dock, so bring your boat or rent one! This can vary depending on how much rain has fallen. -Main cottage is 686 sq ft -2nd cottage is 480 sq ft -We are just a 6-7 min drive to Meijer & Walmart -We are a 7 min drive to downtown Petoskey! The main cottage: You will enter into the kitchen and dining area of the main cottage with the queen immediately to the left. To the right past the kitchen is the laundry room and bathroom. The living room is straight after entering the cottage. This cottage is 686 sq ft. with views of Walloon Lake  The 2nd cottage: You will enter a short hallway with the queen bedroom on your right and the full bathroom on your left. As you continue straight, you will enter the dining/kitchen area with the living room adjacent to it. You can enjoy some views of Walloon Lake on the back deck and you can walk down the steps to the lower backyard where you and the whole family will have plenty of room for corn hole, building a fire in the fire pit for s'mores as well as accessing the dock to enjoy million dollar sunsets on the waters of Walloon Lake! This cottage is 480 sq ft.
