The House has been decorated featuring an Amazing Sports Game Room upstairs, at the same time the open floor concept is very inviting and comfortable, featuring a large couch and two armchairs in the living room facing the pool (heating is an optional paid service). If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties. BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $65 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)  PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space is in front of the home. SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.  VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
