This place is absolutely stunning! I would come again in a heartbeat. It’s spacious, warm, cosy and with every amenity you could wish for. It felt very private as well which was nice. It’s only a short drive from local towns if you needed anything. The hot tub is in a gorgeous secluded space in the garden with lovely fairy lights. We had a gorgeous time here!

A beautiful cottage, comfortable with all amentities. Set on a country estate with nice orchard and gardens to have a stroll around. Board games and wood burner provided. The hot tub is definatly a highlight as it is private and very big with beautiful views of the stars. Nice things to do in the local area! We also got a lovely welcome when we arrived definitely recommend and we would stay again!

Absolutely fabulous cottage. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s the cosiest, smartest cottage with no expense spared on decor and accessories. The surroundings are idyllic. Super relaxing. The cottage is situated at the far end of a private estate. It’s extremely private with an enclosed garden. There are ducks and chickens roaming around the adjacent apple orchard and a small pond nearby which was full of frogs/toads, much to my kids delight. There is little light pollution, which means if you are in the hot tub at night and you turn off the cute fairy lights, the night sky is spectacular. After a soak in the hot tub, our night was completed by chilling by the log burner watching a film. The host Rikki was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries. This is probably one of my fave air b and bs. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting luxury and relaxation. There is plenty to do nearby too in Alyth, Coupar and Blairgowrie.

We had a lovely stay at Orchard Cottage – very peaceful, relaxing and luxurious. It was very cosy and warm, so we didn't need the log burner on. We loved how there was a private bathroom for each room. The kitchen seemed well appointed, but we ate out in nearby Blairgowrie. The cottage is dog friendly and there is a secure back garden for them to run around in. Our 12-year-old spaniel Ruby settled in straight away and was very happy. Our bed was superbly comfortable and we slept like babies. We missed having a handbook on arrival (Rikki said this had been damaged by the previous guests), as we had to figure out some stuff (WiFi, hot tub, cooker etc). Rikki said he would sort this for the next guests. It would have been good to have had some local recommendations – walks, restaurants, pubs. But we managed alright in the end! Flour in nearby Meigle is great for brunch. High point was the hot tub – very decadent and relaxing after a walk up Alyth Hill!
