Lavonne’s place was great. The house and setting are beautiful - even better than the pictures (and pictures were great)! We are so happy to have rented this place and it is very convenient to the JWU Harbourside campus. Lavonne was reachable if we needed something and was a wonderful host. Definitely a 5-star host and a 5-star place!

Both the unit and the location are absolutely beautiful. The unit was spotless and very well decorated. I enjoyed relaxing on the deck that overlooks the water. It is walking distance to restaurants and the small downtown area, and it's a very short walk to the pathway that follows the river. I had business in Warwick but I just love this area, and I was grateful to have found this unit. It's perfect for work, family, or friend trip. Parking was a breeze (driveway parking) as was check in/out. The area is extremely safe, so it would be fine for a solo traveler also. I would definitely stay here again.

🥰🤩 The view is absolutely amazing! Had a great time. Truly a beautiful home with lots of space. The pictures do no justice. Stunning. Can not wait to stay again. Lots of resturants in the area.
