Welcome to our townhouse, perfect for accommodating 4-5 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Conveniently located 1 mile from the LDS Temple and within walking distance from the Portneuf Wellness Complex and Bannock County Fairgrounds and Event Center. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited, and noise ordinances are enforced to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all residents. We kindly ask guests to refrain from bringing pets. This is a two bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath town home. The bedrooms are up stairs along with a full bath, laundry and dryer machines. On the main floor is the kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath.

Cute, comfy, spotlessly clean! Awesome selection for the Keurig, water in the fridge, oh and did I mention it was so clean? Being able to park in the garage was really appreciated. Great place to stay and we'd love to book it again in the future.

This is a fairly busy neighborhood during the warmer months. Within walking distance is the Portneuf Wellness Complex with walking paths, soccer/football fields and summer concerts at the amphitheater. Also, you can enjoy the Fourth of July Fireworks that are held there every year. Bannock County Fairgrounds is also within walking distance and there are many events there during spring, summer and fall.
Idaho State University and Holt Arena are 4 miles away (about an 8 minute drive.
There are sidewalks on both sides of the street. Free parking is allowed on the streets as long as you’re not blocking mail boxes.
