We loved this particular property. The location was ideal for us on a busy weekend in Porthleven with the food festival. The views are amazing, and the property itself was immaculately clean on arrival. All the facilities are excellent, and very well kept. We had a seamless stay, and no issues whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others .

Perfect peaceful location for exploring southwest Cornwall and for taking advantage of all that Porthleven has to offer. Lovely homely property, everything you need and spotlessly clean.

A lovely house in a quiet residential road with views to the front. Very well equipped and clean with a nice garden to sit in on a sunny day. Bedrooms were large with plenty of storage and beds very comfortable, main shower upstairs was large with second small shower room downstairs. Parking for two cars on drive and only a 10min walk up the hill from Porthlevin.

A lovely house, close to Porthleven but walk is a steep hill- no problem to us but might be to others. Parking on drive and on road so that was good. The only gripe was no communication, just automated replies to emails (we were trying to communicate about a slightly earlier check in) despite sending a few emails we never got a personal reply to any at any point. It was cosy, had everything you would need and would recommend to friends and family.
