This was a good place for our large group. The house was clean and easy to find and get into. It is a nice property in a good neighborhood. The house had everything we needed but there are two issues that others might want to be aware of: 1) there is not enough room for the trundle beds in the bedroom they are in, so to use those extra beds you need to remove the mattresses from the trundle and carry into the living room. 2) the thermostat is a smart thermostat but it id not wired to the electric. So it must be charged with a usb cable. While the thermostat is removed and charging the A/C will turn off. So when we arrived the thermostat had no battery and we could not turn on the A/C. The thermostat took over 2 hours to charge and a charge would last less than a day.
