A friend and myself stayed for the London Marathon weekend and it proved to be a perfect base in a corner of London I know well. The property itself is a lovely apartment, very modern, clean and well looked after and laid out which enables us to have our own space as well as communal living space which worked really well. Our host was fantastic also, she replied to messages swiftly and helpfully and went above and beyond to help where we may have needed. Definitely somewhere I'll be looking to book for future visits and events in London, I wholeheartedly recommend this as a great base for any visit to London.

Would highly recommend, excellent property with modern facilities and a great location. All as pictured as described. Easy directions provided and host communicated ahead of time to check when we wanted to check in (offered us the chance to drop luggage off earlier, but we didn’t need this). Met at the property with keys and a clear explanation of how to access the apartment (key fob for external door etc. ). We had quite a bit of luggage as a longer stay, but the elevator made it easy to get this in and out and no need to use the stairs. Nespresso with pods, along with water and drinks in fridge on arrival. Very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Kensington Olympia and the nearby station, also less than 10 minutes walk to West Kensington underground. Plenty of restaurants around covering many cuisines. If choosing to stay in the apartment and eat then lots of local shops, we mainly used the local Sainsburys which is within 5 minutes walk but there are many more options as well.

What can I say about Banke?? So helpful and friendly. Banke had made this property look like a fairly tail for us. Thank you so so much Banke we will most definitely be back. The place was spotless and everything worked perfectly the shower was always hot and powerful, the tv was huge and the sofas were so comfortable. From the coffee machine to the heating the towels the linen and the comfort simply Devine. So quiet and such a fresh apartment it just felt like we were at home.

was für ein juwel! banke hat so nett mit uns kommuniziert. die wohnung war großartig, geräumig, sehr aufmerksam ausgestattet (handtücher, bügeleisen, küchengeräte, shampoo, kaffee, etc.), in einer sehr ruhigen lage. die einrichtung war brandneu. uns war zeitweise ein bisschen kalt, weil wir das thermostat nicht ganz verstanden haben und nichts verstellen wollten. ich nehme aber an, dass banke uns schnell geholfen hätte, wenn wir gefragt hätten. vielleicht wäre ein kleiner zettel mit infos zum thermostat hilfreich. :) das hat allerdings die erfahrung in keinster weise beeinflusst. wir waren banke jeden tag dankbar für ihre tolle ruhige wohnung, die uns einen wunderbaren trip ermöglicht hat!
