The location is not the best but okay due to the price. The checkin time is 4pm. I arrived at 4:10, but the room hadn’t been cleaned. We had to wait to check in. Many things in the room are not well designed, not mentioned, or not in good quality. There’s no hooks to hang towels. The listing says that conditioner and hairdryer are not available, but we found them once we checked in. I would not bring my own if they’re available. A layer of plastic on the tub would get off gradually during shower. The mattress is thin and too soft with no support. We stayed for over a week, and the room would not be cleaned until check out. We’re fine with that, but it’s annoying to contact Dorit and asked her to get the cleaners to refill the supplies (like towels or toilet paper) and to take out the trash. There was a day that my request was not done. On check out day, we are told to take out the trash. If I knew where to take out trash during our stay, I would have taken out the trash on my own.

Great, clean and well presented place. Good value for money and as described. Dorit was great! No complaints and would stay again just be ready to travel an hour into the main sights of NY

Great price for brooklyn, despite being far from many attractions and hard to locate at first~ once all was said and done it was a great trip !
