Your own home away from home. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with full kitchen, washer and dryer, big screen tv’s in living space and both bedrooms allows you to truly relax after a long day of work or play. Have your own backyard with a privacy wood fence and a covered back porch. Just minutes from RAFB, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, Rigby’s water park and the bowling alley. Kid friendly neighborhood with sidewalks leading to Fountain park and walking trail. We purchased this unit in February of 2024. As of February all the dishes, cooking and eating utensils, glasses, cups, and bedding for both rooms were all brand new. We had one complaint about the hot water and have since replaced it with a new 50 gallon hot water heater. Covered front porch and a small enclosed back porch leads to the backyard with a privacy fence. The trash can for the condo is just through the backyard gate.

The condo is located in a very busy area of Warner Robins. It has lots of restaurants and places to shop. Russell Parkway is one of the main drags there but it’s very very quiet. You would never know you were in the middle of everything. Also, the water was piping hot with excellent water pressure because the host just purchased a brand new hot water heater. Easy to heat and cool and the neighbors were all friendly. It was perfect. I will be returning and staying there my next business trip to Warner Robins. Thanks guys!

 overall it was great day. It was kind of chilly when I got there and the ceilings are very high so it does take a little while longer for the heat and probably the cooling to catch up with the ceilings but Steven Michael was a wonderful house, and he went and brought me a freestanding heater, so that I could not be cold, and it worked wonderfully the kitchen could  use or knives to cut things with the hot water was more like warm water for a little bit and then just none The backyard is glorious though, and there’s even like a back porch kind of a thing where it’s covered so you don’t have to get rained on all the time if it rains which it did lol and they did a really great job with decorating the storage except the queen size bed was way too soft and sank right in the middle and there needed to be some dressers with drawers

Quiet complex located near Walmart and Kroger. Several restaurants are within walking distance, a bowling alley is less than a mile down Russell Pkwy, 5 minutes from Robins AFB and 10 minutes from the Galleria Mall in Centerville.
