A comfortable, well-kept and cosy studio apartment where you can spend leisure or business moments close to all the city's nerve centres, perfectly connected by public transport and equipped with everything you need for an impeccable stay! The flat is located in the heart of the lively Bolognina district, 15 minutes' walk from the central station, 20 minutes' walk from the centre and 30 minutes' walk from the Fiera. The flat is a large and well-organised one-room flat, divided into living and sleeping areas: the open-plan space is divided between the cosy living room and the kitchen equipped with all appliances (fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher), making the house suitable for short and long stays. The room is lit by a large window overlooking a quiet condominium street and decorated with paintings. A piece of furniture defines the sleeping area (double bed and wardrobe), making it more intimate. The large bathroom with shower completes the flat.

The Apartment was spacious, and clean, with a kingsize very comfortable bed. It was easy to reach from the airport, 15 minutes by foot from the train station and about 30 minutes by foot from the center. Peaceful location, shops just several hundred meters away. Public transport connection right around the corner.Tobia was very kind and always responded to us promptly and also proactively communicated. We received many good tips to get to know Bologna.We was very surprised with a bottle of Lambrusco on arrival 🍾🥂😊 Thank you!
The place is exactly as in the photos. It is located near the airport and it is better to take a taxi to get there. Tobia is a very good host. But the apartment is about 35-40 minutes walk from the center.

Buon appartamento situato pochi piedi dalla fermata del bus. Ci vuole solo 20min per raggiungere il centro storico. L’appartamento è moderno e ben tenuto. Inoltre Tobia è gentile e simpatico. Consigliato

Bolognina is a non-conformist, creative and daring part of Bologna, where you can find music, art, books and trends. Historically working-class district of the Emilia capital has been transformed in recent years into a young, popular, inclusive and multi-ethnic part of the city, the right neighbourhood to get to know the deep, cosmopolitan and futuristic soul of Bologna among murals, neighbourhood markets, hipster bars, ethnic restaurants, music clubs and museums.
By car:
The house is close to all the nerve centres of the city: it is 12 minutes' drive from the airport, 5 minutes' drive from the central station, 10 minutes' drive from the fair, 10 minutes' drive from the centre. The streets around the flat are not ZTL (restricted traffic zone), so you can circulate freely by car. There are plenty of paid parking spaces along the street and at least a couple of larger car parks very close by (2/3 minutes on foot).
By train:
The central station is only a 15-minute walk from the flat, via the Via de' Carracci exit.
By bus:
The nearest stop is Ca' Dei Fiori, 1 minute walk from the flat: from there all public transport to the central station and the historical centre pass by. To reach the Fiera area, on the other hand, you can take the bus from Piazza dell'Unità, a 15-minute walk away. Tickets cost €1.50 and can be purchased at the tobacconist's, with the appropriate app (Roger App) or on board for €2.00.
