Convista Lerici presents Villa Miralunga. Between the silvery hills of Lerici is located this rustic little villa that from above enjoys one of the best views of the Golfo dei Poeti and the islands opposite. It is thought that at the time of the Saracen invasions, this structure served as a lookout tower. Having a view of all the possible landings in the Gulf, the structure was militarily one of the strategic points to be used to protect the village and possible assaults on Lerici Castle. The house is surrounded by greenery, plants of Bougainvillea, Olive trees, Vines and typical Mediterranean aromatic plants colour and perfume the garden. The villa is divided into two parts characterised by distinct styles such as the two colours of the yellow and red facades. Yellow house, presents a modern, simple, almost essential style, suitable for those who prefer practicality and authenticity. Red house, on the other hand, is full of details, books, paintings, boat models and secrets to discover. It is the perfect home for those who make curiosity their nourishment. The combination of the two is able to meet the needs of most guests, thanks precisely to the possibility of choice according to personal taste. Miralunga is located in a quiet place despite the nearby road. The Villa is completely projected and developed in the direction of the sea and the view, from most of the windows you will be able to see the Gulf in its entirety. At your disposal you will have the garden in front of the house and the green plains leading to a large, private, fully equipped swimming pool. From the village of La Serra it's possible to reach Lerici with a walk of about 15 minutes, with a path through the houses. In addition, the country is very well served by public transport, if you want to take a vacation without using the car.
In Lerici you can find many typical restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and other services.
Non-residents must park their car outside the ZTL, at the "La Vallata" parking area, loc. Venere Azzurra (at 10,00 € a day), where there will be a free shuttle that will take to the center of Lerici in a few minutes.
