Prior to staying I messaged "..I see the ad says this includes bed linen .. checking all sheets, duvets, covers, etc. are included in the price..", to which Dave replied "..all is included free of charge.." Upon getting there, we were provided 2x duvets TOTAL and 2 pillows per bed. 1 sheet on the sofa bed which was brown/filthy. No other sheets at all. Some of these pillows were covered in black mould. No pillow cases/duvet covers were provided. No towels. One Tea towel left under the bed, which was black/dirty. Blinds stained. Mould all over the caravan (condensation removers in every room, so owner's aware). Broken glass where previous guest had smashed a glass (I assume) near the sofa. Beds very uncomfortable. Radiators rusty with debris down them (fire hazard). Towel rail in the bathroom rusty and dirty. No towels provided yet says they ARE on AirBnB. Gate to get onto caravan broken. Slamming against the caravan all night with the wind. Complaint/images emailed to AirBnB.
