We have implemented several safety features to help guests feel safe in our listings; these include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets. CLEANING FEE Our cleaning fee of 60 pounds will be requested separately through Airbnb after booking so it can go directly to our wonderful housekeeper! Confirming your booking will be taken as an agreement to pay that fee when we request it. We are committed to cleaning our property to a very high standard. Our cleaning fee includes the collection, laundering, and delivery services of bedding and towels. PLEASE NOTE: Guests should be aware that in UK homes we do not have a ‘top sheet’ as part of our bedding. The fitted sheets on the bed and the duvet/pillow covers are all provided freshly cleaned for each new guest.
First of all, Tina was always there and extremely helpful. Everything was easy and clear. I really thanks her for Tina for all those aspects. PROS: -The appartment is in the best convenient of places. If you are looking to explore the center of London without the need to use public transport, everything is close by. It is the perfect location. Bars, restaurantes, museums, galleries, pubs, shops...EVERYTHING. - Everything was very cleand and tidy. Comfortable beds and all you might need. CONS: -The appartmente is not for those looking for a quite place. In fact it is very noisy, even using earplugs, so keep in mind this aspect. If you get to bed late, this can be sorted out during the week, but for the weekends this is an aspect that I did not enjoy much. All and all, I repeat, the location is extremely convenient. Great place. Didn’t need a telly. Nice and quiet especially given central location. Tina was ace.
Such a great apartment, in a perfect location. We loved the business of the neighborhood, and the street noise at night was no big deal. We could barely hear it from the third floor. The stairs were only a challenge when leaving, carrying the luggage down the narrow stairs. But other than that, it was perfect.
What we love about being located in Soho is the fact that you are sandwiched between 6 fantastic 'must see' areas of central London - Soho, Westminster, The West End, Covent Garden, Mayfair, and St James's
The majority of London’s most popular tourist attractions and all the major theatres are within an easy 10-minute walk – Our place is super central and you shouldn't need to take a tube or bus once you have checked in.

We do not recommend bringing a car into central London as the parking is very limited street parking which is also very expensive. If you are coming by car it would be best to research car parks where you can leave the car and then commute into the centre.
