The location is extremely superior and convenient, walking about 800 meters to Monash University Caufield Campus, driving about 4 minutes to Caufield Railway Station, about 4 minutes to Carnegie Railway Station, about 6 minutes to East Malvern Railway Station, these railway stations are within walking distance.near Carnegie shopping, leisure and food street, Woolworth, Aldi, Chinese supermarkets, libraries, etc. are just a few hundred meters away! Great bay & city view. Beautiful apartment with gym, spa and sauna in the building. There is a large free parking lot (Dan Murphy's) near the condo, next to the train station, a large shopping mall, village movie theater, Caulfield Racecourse, and much more for your daily living and entertainment needs! One standard double bed with bedding and towels. Sofa bed can sleep 2 people Bathroom with toilet and shower -Free shampoo and body wash (bring your own if you need more) Wi-Fi is available

The stay was amazing maybe I might come back for thirds
nice place clean central great for transport.
There were a few teething problems at the start of our stay but they were promptly resolved by the host with a little back-and-forth communication. Great view from the apartment, and having gym and spa facilities available was a plus. Kitchenette and laundry facilities came in very useful for a relatively longer (2-week) stay. Unfortunately there wasn't any shelving or drawers to put clothes away in, so we had to make do with several hangers in the wardrobe. All-in-all, a relatively comfortable no-frills stay in a nice location with a supermarket and cafes within walking distance.
