Amazing location within the design district, lovely flat and beautiful pool with ocean view. Viveca is very outgoing, accommodating and attentive to our needs. We made good friends here and would come back again!

I don’t have the words… this was my first shared Airbnb experience and as a solotraveler, I was very, very nervous. There was absolutely no reason for me to be Viveca was absolutely amazing. she was extremely communicative since our first interaction. She even stayed up waiting for me extremely late into the night and when we finally met in the morning, she welcomed me with the biggest hug and some coffee. Her cat is the friendliest old man and overall her place is spectacular. It’s extremely close to everything to do in Miami. It’s extremely secure.If you are going to be renting a car security is friendly and will work with you on parking. I absolutely loved the decor of the room and the house and the pool is the perfect place to get a tan. 10/10 recommend Viveca’s place if you are looking for a cozy and friendly environment in Miami.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed near Miami Beach the first couple days and the last two days before our flight back we stayed at Viveca’s. We chose her place to relax and rest. It was a great decision. Her place was near and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Viveca is very warm and sweet. Please make sure to treat her place like your own home and respect the quiet hours. She made sure that me and my girlfriend had everything we needed. If we are in Miami again we will make sure to book her place for a couple days.

Even though it was such a quick trip to Miami, being in Viveca’s apartment was excellent. My wish is to come back and stay there longer. Viveca is so adorable and helpful. Would definitely recommend her.

Staying at Viveca's apartment in Miami was a fantastic experience! Viveca was an excellent host, providing wonderful recommendations and showing great hospitality throughout our stay. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend Viveca's place for anyone visiting Miami!
