Highly recommended! Lovely designed contemporary private studio with every thought to detail and comfort and even a local welcome gift. Hosts are incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. lmmediately we felt right at home... Gave us great recommendations of local restaurants and vineyards.
Romijn & Marius are so kind and friendly. They spoiled us with the sweetest details, from placing towels on the bed to welcome gifts in the fridge. The Airbnb was spotless and comfortable, everything we needed! We wll definitely be back.
Lovely hosts, great little spot to relax and explore Tulbagh. Bed and linen exceptional. Provided various anti mozzie equipment which was really appreciated. Left a little thoughtful gift as well as fresh fruit, milk and water in the fridge. Rusks, tea and coffee all provided. Bathroom might need a bit of help with regards to water pressure, but they received this feedback with thanks and a promise to attend to it. Can really recommend, hosts exceptional.
A beautiful place to stay in Tulbagh. Close enough to all the restaurants in town while at the same time quite peaceful and private. The room is as pictured - very clean and comes with a very comfy bed for a good night's sleep. Romijn is a friendly and excellent host. Would definitely stay again.

A paid airport shuttle service is available. If you plan to only explore town, you will be able to walk. To explore the wine and olive farms, get to the spa or hiking trails will require a car.

In 2021 we made a spontaneous choice to uproot our city lives and embrace the serenity of Tulbagh. We discarded our thoughtful plans for the allure of majestic mountains and the expansive beauty of this abundant valley. Despite our striking different personalities – with one of us being an extroverted enthusiast who thrives on lively interactions, and the other, an introvert with a deep passion for people – we share a love for hosting.
