Sovann was really friendly and happy to host me. He was usually really responsive. The place is in a good location. It's really safe and peaceful and not far from the city center. There are a lot of nice shops in the vicinity. I thought the price I paid was fair since I was renting the whole house. The main issues for me were that there was no wifi and no hot water in the shower. I expected both of those things when I booked. Also the sink didn't drain and was full of nasty water. Sovann seemed surprised about these things. I insisted that he get it fixed but he said there was no technician available because it was a holiday. I told him I would find a technician and he refused. I told him that the internet wasn't working because the bill wasn't paid, and he said he didn't have any money. So I offered cash to pay it but again he refused. Clearly he didn't want to help and he was just making excuses. The house has potential, just needs some work. No more characters left to comment.
