The hottub was the reson we selected this property instead of another one and it's so worth it. The distance from the city means you get a beautiful view of the stars with no light pollution.

Great stay at Dawn and Nick’s! Easy check in, well equipped home, and centrally located. Especially enjoyed the hot tub!

After a couple of issues when arriving, Rob, the property manager was quick to respond to make up for all issues. The hot tub is a great asset! and the property is in the perfect location with just being a short driving distance to all things around the island. This place is located and in a very quiet area where you can take in the surroundings while also having privacy. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful location and excellent accommodations. Our host was great at communicating and even helped us when we got locked out one night. We definitely recommend!
