We had such a great stay, the projector and bathtub with built in bathroom speakers are great touches, the apartment was nice and clean, and the host was super quick responding to messages! As a few people have said, the upstairs neighbours were quite loud sometimes, but obviously this isn’t Sergius fault. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend. Very close to the train station too.

Like a lot of people have previously said, the neighbourhood was a bit scary looking, but the actual place was really nice, and you wouldn't have suspected it to be there. The projector was an awesome touch and made movie nights especially good. The jet bath was really cool and the bathroom was very clean. Sergui was really responsive and friendly, and answered all my questions really quickly, as well as offering more parking permits if needed. The only downside was the upstairs neighbours were extremely loud, crashing around till 1 in the morning, and starting again at 7am. Luckily me and my partner are night owls so it didn't really bother us, but if you're needing sleep, it would have been a struggle. Not Sergui's fault but worth noting.
