Less than 5 minutes walk to trendy cafes, restaurants, shops, local organic grocer, and even a neighbourhood movie house. To get to and from here is also easy and convenient whether you have a car or are using public transit. Though this is my residence that I rent out when I need to travel abroad, I tread lightly so that there is ample storage space yet all the conveniences for guests. The space is an efficiently designed 1 bdrm suite that is in the lower level of a beautiful new home. The owners of the overall house are lovely and available to answer questions anytime. Some notable features of the suite are its high ceilings, in-suite laundry, full kitchen, and bigger than standard tub (yes, if you're tall you'll like this tub). For those coming in for a work trip or those remote working, I have a compact stand up work desk and monitor that you can connect your laptop to, a wireless laser printer / scanner, wireless speaker, smart tv provided with netflix and youtube (the other apps you need to use your own logins), espresso machine, and enough kitchen and cookware to make some quick meals. I maintain immaculate cleanliness for each guest to have peace of mind and enjoyment.
