Great location to central city, comfortable beds and quiet due to being 13 floors up! Great views over the city. Jason was very accomodating!
I travel to NZ 6 times annually with my wife for 10days each time. We have now stayed at Jason and Rini’s apartment multiple times and have a further 4 bookings for the remainder of this year. The luxurious apartment and the engagement with Jason is 1st Class and by far the best experience in my years of using Airbnb. When staying in Wellington, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.
Great sunny modern apartment with fabulous views of city and harbour. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Would return again.

In the middle of the CBD. Able to walk to everything, or can catch a bus, uber, or tax. On street parking right outside and nearby (with parking fees).
