Livia and her husband were extremely responsive and kind hosts. The house is perfectly and beautifully renovated with the latest kitchen and bathroom amenities and high technology. The home was super clean and we loved the big windows that made the open kitchen/dinning/living space airy and bright. The neighborhood is still being developed so the house is on a road that is not yet paved but just off the main road. It’s very easy to get around as all the roads seem new and not very busy.

septic tank was full which cause CONTINUOUS flooding via showers & toilets. plumber was sent out and pumped septic (plumber also confirmed septic was not being maintained properly & still endured flooding entire weekend. Sewer water. Poop & toilet paper to be blunt. disgusting. stayed the entire stay as we had to where to move a group of 10 to last minute with spending more money than we already had kitchen not fully set up, oven not installed, no smoke detectors, stove top not marked properly and owner claimed we broke pop up outlet despite not knowing what it was and not even using it owner is also claiming after the fact that i owe a pet fee when in description pets are allowed and no fee was available to pay at check out (owner also saw my dog when they came to investigate plumbing and did not bring up a pet fee i would’ve gladly paid it beforehand if i had know) being charged after the fact seems like a scam. cleaned up said sewer water ourselves due to no cleaners available

The interior of the home is beautiful with a some things not completed in the renovations. A few light fixtures or fans are missing, no place to hang clothes in the master closet and the oven is not hooked up. Some cleanup needed around the exterior as well.
