The entrance opens onto an equipped, bright, functional kitchen, high bar table, with an adjoining pantry including the toilet. The living room, open to the kitchen, practical and optimized, is separated from the bedroom by a pocket door. The bedroom, with adjoining bathroom, completes the optimization of space. The bright, south-facing rooms give the qualitative dimension and the favorite effect. All the bedding is new (mattress, pillows, duvets, mattress pads). Household linen is provided at no extra charge (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towels, bath mat, kitchen towels). Complementary service offerings: - A cot and a high chair for baby are available for 10€ per night (decreasing price depending on the number of nights) - The exit cleaning is not included in the rental price. The apartment must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. Equipment and cleaning products are at your disposal.
