It was part of a 5000 acre table and wine grape ranch associated with Château Saint Jean in the Sonoma County wine country. We bought the 3 acer compound back after it was sold off in 1992. The property around us is now a beautiful orange grove. We have taken part of the farmworkers bunkhouses and turned them into guest quarters. It features a large studio apartment with a private office/guestroom. The shared 300 ft.² bathroom features two private water closets as well as a 85 ft.² wet room with two showers. There is also a washer and dryer available. You will have access to a 10,000 Square foot pole barn. The barn was used as an event center for 15 years. There is an outdoor kitchen including a barbecue and cooktop featuring a herb and vegetable garden.
