Welcome to your elegant city retreat, located 5 minutes from the Primaticcio (M1) stop, which will allow you to reach Piazza del Duomo in just over 10 minutes. This modern three-bedroom apartment promises a stay of comfort and luxury. Flexibility is at the heart of our offer: upon request, you will have access to a private garage for your vehicle and an on-site gym, allowing you to stay active and safe during your stay. *NO PARTIES ALLOWED* The apartment, very bright and quiet, is located on the fourth floor (with elevator). - At the entrance on the right we find a living area with a corner sofa, if needed it becomes a very comfortable sofa bed for two guests and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the vibrant city of Milan. The spacious living room area offers a fully equipped open kitchen with all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The balcony, which makes the living area bright, will allow you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. Continuing we find a very modern bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. In addition, the tub has a fantastic whirlpool function. Guests will be provided with hand soap, bubble bath and shampoo. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large closet where guests can store their belongings, a private bathroom with a large shower, and finally a balcony that lights up the room. Finally, the second double bedroom, has a Queen size bed and a capacious closet. 

The apartment, is air conditioned, with heating and air conditioning, and has free Wi-Fi with up to 1GBPS connection, perfect for business video calls, downloading very heavy files and browsing social media, or just watching a movie. Each guest will have towels, high-quality linens and access to a washing machine for longer stays. It can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for families, friends, couples, and business trips.
