The explanation in English is below! ! ! ご覧頂きありがとうございます！ 私達の家は東京都杉並区にあります。 最寄りの駅は『阿佐ケ谷駅』です。 阿佐ケ谷駅から新宿駅まで10分、渋谷駅まで23分程で行く事が出来ます。 私達の家は阿佐ケ谷駅から徒歩14分程です。 また家の周辺は閑静な住宅街になっています。 ゲストルーム、シャワーブース、トイレ、キッチンは2023年にリフォーム工事をしました。 ゲストルームは部分的に畳が配置されています。 畳の上に布団を敷いて寝る事が出来ます。 ゲストルームのイメージは和風になっているので日本の文化を感じて頂けると思います。 また、子供がまだ2歳のため、うるさくしてしまったり、夜中に泣いてしまう事があります。 ご理解頂けたら幸いです。 質問などありましたら、メッセージを下さい。 よろしくお願い致します。 m(_ _)m また、リスティングは編集途中なので、随時更新いたします。 【周辺】 ・コンビニエンスストアまで3分です。 ・スーパーマーケットまで2分です。 ・コインランドリーまで1分です。 Our house is located in western Tokyo in Suginami Ward. The nearest station is Asagaya Station, which takes about 14 minutes to get to on foot. AsagayaStation is a convenient station as you can get to Shinjuku in 10 minutes and Shibuya in 23 minutes. Our home is a two-story house located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The guest room was renovated in 2023, and includes a private shower booth, toilet, and kitchen. We also offer free WiFi. A portion of the guest room floor is tatami, so you can lay a futon on the tatami mats to sleep. The image of the guest room was renovated to reflect a Japanese style, so I think you can feel Japanese culture when you stay with us. I live with my wife and young son on the second floor of the house. Although the guest unit has a private bathroom and mini-kitchen, we welcome guests to be part of the family if they feel comfortable. You can join us for meals or family activities around Tokyo if you wish, and also be able to retreat to the privacy of your room. One of the main reasons we decided to become an Airbnb host was to give guests a meaningful Japanese experience by inviting them into our family and extended community. Clean and cozy. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly. Thanks for sharing us with the local delicious tidbits. He even offered us to drop off at Asagaya station on the last day.
Absolutely fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer. Shinya picked us up from Asagaya station despite us being very late. This is the closest station, about a 17 min walk, but depending on the time of day, there are a couple different bus stops that can drop you closer. We had a toddler & wife also pregnant, so we used the bus a few times. Cozy and cute room. Since wife was pregnant, the futon on tatami was a bit hard for her, so we added a little extra padding and it worked out fine. We came on a cold day but the room heats up very quickly which was super nice. Their toddler is about the same age as ours, so it was fun to see them interact. Of course babies make noise, but the sound barrier was pretty good between floors. Hiroko gave recommendations and helped bring one of our bags to the bus stop when we left (carrying their baby!) They speak some English and husband some Japanese, making it a great experience. Highly recommend. Will definitely book again if we have a chance.
Tokyo can be a very overactive environment depending on where you stay. Staying with Shinya & Hiroko feels like staying with family because that’s what it is. They are very inclusive & helpful with making sure your time in Japan is very comforting, which is a nice change from some airbnb hosts that are very far and distanced from the housing. The room was minimal but designed well so you minimize your travel clutter, as well as feature nice things like private bathroom, shower, kitchen, and even a desk! This was especially convenient when trying to get some work done on the road. 5☆✚
I had a great day! The place was honestly better than I expected! Super clean and perfect for a couple nights! Shinya and Hiro were super friendly and even cooked me dinner one night! Their son is also adorable! The train station is a bit farther than I thought and the location is more suburban but it’s really not terrible and it’s a safe walk. I would definitely recommend
