Le studio est situé idéalement, les quartiers Mouffetard ou Buttes aux Cailles sont tout proches. Petit volume bien utilisé, dans une rue calme, en tout cas en période de vacances. Florian a communiqué avec diligence et amabilité. C'est une location idéale pour avoir seul ou à deux un pied à terre de quelques jours.

Apartamento pequeño pero cómodo, con muy buena ubicación y comunicaciones al transporte público. Recomendable.

Points positifs du logement : - Emplacement - Fonctionnel (sèche cheveux / lave linge - hors étendoir / télé) - Flexibilité d'arrivé/départ grâce à la boîte à clés Points négatifs du logement : - 12m² ou moins non présenté dans l'annonce - Logement dans le hall d'entrée avec porte d'entrée comparable à celle d'une chambre - Très mal isolé phoniquement (Perception très nette des conversations entre voisins dans le hall d'entrée) - Cruel manque de ventilation avec donc obligation d'ouvrir les fenêtres h24, problématique pour un logement en RDC à Paris (pas de grasse mat possible !) + problème de moisissure (douche) - Impossibilité de régler le chauffage (chauffage fonte collectif) - Travaux sous la fenêtre empêchant donc l'ouverture des volets (+ le réveil au marteau piqueur le matin) - Canapé convertible pour dormir Conclusion : Convenable pour passer quelques nuits (3 max) seul ou couple confirmé si vous comptez passer l’entièreté de vos journées en balade et ne faire qu'y dormir.

When we booked this stay it only had one 5 * review and we decided to risk it. Unfortunately it was definitely not worth the high price. The location was close to the metro and bus, but we had some issues with the apartment itself: we struggled finding the door to the apartment because it blended in with the wall and we didn’t expect it to be right next to the guardian of the building, which was a huge disadvantage. The door is made of wood + the walls are super thin, which meant we heard absolutely everything: the people entering the building and talking to the guardian very loudly, kids crying and yelling, the traffic outside which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. It was ironic, as we had gotten instructions not to make any noise. What was also bad was the bad ventilation of the room, as it’s really small. Also, when we arrived we found 2 spiders waiting for us, hair and dust in the corners, black mold in the shower and the tank of the toilet was tied with string.
