The property has an electronic lock so you can enter at any time without additional charge. In the case you require or request an in person Check In the charge would be: 25€ from 15:00 to 22:00 60€ from 22:00 to 8:00 For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information: • You will need to sign a temporary rental contract. • Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 Eur per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here. • You will be charged an additional administrative service fee of 90 EUR.
