Whilst the property is listed as being animal/pet friendly, it seems from the disgusting smell that chokes you instantly upon entering, that those animals are primarily cockroaches... and with an AC unit from prehistoric times, far too old, small and weak to service a space that size, the heat in the room is far from healthy for any furry family member - the shower was held up by cable ties on a rail, bathroom bins were still full, spiders and cobwebs, stained bedsheets, etc etc... the fact we only endured the place for 40 minutes before instantly checking out and finding a much nicer, cleaner and more beautiful place just a couple of minutes down the road, should tell you all you need to know. I don't usually leave poor/negative reviews, preferring to just let my silence talk for me, but when the health and safety of my cat, girlfriend and myself is put in jeopardy, I think it's important others know vital info relating to such inadequate things like the AC, before booking here

Second stay here, had no issues. Host is Uber friendly, room is clean, location is secure. Overall I recommend you book this place.

BLUF: Recommend you stay here if you’re looking for a peaceful and secure place. The Good: Our host was responsive and kind. Allowed us to check in a bit early since we arrived early than expected. The complex is in a peaceful neighborhood away from the main strip. The room itself is in a gated complex with security around the clock. TV and wife worked even when the power went out. Kitchen has your basic needs and then some. The Bad: none The Ugly: none Side note: Ensure the power is back when booking. As of late February it was still out due to non serviceable transformers. But I’m sure they’ll be fixed ASAP.
