With private access to Blue Lagoon beach, the children can build sandcastles, explore rock pools, swim or fish all within the view of the house. Lovingly restored our family Beach House features all the mod cons but maintains the quintessential beach shack experience. You cannot get any closer to the beach. The outdoor area allows you to dine by the ocean, roast marshmallows on the fire pit and access the beach via a private access point. There are 3 bedrooms which sleep 6 people. There is a large living area with plenty of comfy seating, a TV and fireplace. The separate dining is drenched with sunlight and contains a table that seats up to 8 people. There is also a sunroom with an office desk and a daybed, which can be used for extra guests if required. The sunny kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of other cooking equipment and utensils. There is also an outdoor BBQ provided. Fancy more wild surfing conditions than the calm waters of Blue Lagoon Beach? Park & Carlton beach (and the surf life saving club) is only minutes away.  A public Jetty, large children’s park, cafes and supermarket are also only a short stroll away.  This is an ideal location to explore the Tasman Peninsula (including the historical Port Arthur site), as well as the historic town of Richmond.  Dodges Ferry is nestled between 2 wine regions and is an easy 35 minutes drive to all the fabulous restaurants and shops on offer in Hobart.
