Incredible place, I felt at home. Everything clean, peaceful neighborhood, easy to take metro to anywhere in Paris. Simply loved it!!!

Mathieu was very helpful and responsive, and also very flexible with the checkout time which was super convenient for us. The place was small but not tiny, perfect for a weekend stay for two. It was very clean and taken care of. The apartment is facing a closed court and far from street noise, there is just a bit of noise coming from the stair hall but it wasn't much of a bother. It also gets a lot of light.

Mathieu was very nice and welcoming, and the place was excellent! It is close to bus and metro stations and it's extremely easy to travel anywhere within Paris from the apartment. Everything in the apartment was also in great condition and we had an amazing stay for a couple of days!
