We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful location, amazing views, and the all round feel of the space was cosy/homey. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Can we give this accommodation 10 stars?? We were so happy to have found this property for our stay in Perth. Ann-Marie has thought of absolutely everything to accommodate her guests - those 1%ers really make a difference! The apartment is beautifully furnished, great outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine and view of the marina, comfortable bedding and all the required amenities. On site secure parking at your door and very quiet during the day or night. A 5 minute walk to restaurants and cafes and around the corner from a local surf beach. We usually stay in Scarborough but have now found our new Perth trip location! We are already planning for our return trip back with our family. Sad to have to leave

Ann-Marie’s place felt like a quality hotel with many added personal touches to make it inviting and relaxing. Stunning views, clean and well decorated, with all of the ammenities we needed for a great stay (including a beautifully set dining table). A short walk to cafes, restaurants & the beach. Couldn’t say a bad word and will return for certain. Thanks so much!

Lovely stay, nice lively area (probably quieter during the week). The accommodation was lovely and well maintained, good provisions and comfortable. Warm and sunny. Restaurants were nice but prefer bookings. Lovely cafes for the morning. Nice stay.
